I am going to be honest with you because a lot of you are doing some super dumb and dangerous things that you think are no big deal. But, I get it. I was once young and didn’t think about the future. I was a freaking idiot when I was your age, and I did some self-destructive and dangerous things. My hope is that you can be smarter than me and learn from my mistakes.
Dangerous habits you have to stop ASAP
- Smoking — cigarettes, weed, and vaping. Each is detrimental to your health and overall well-being, which I go into detail about each.
- NSAIDs — aka non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen, aspirin, and naproxen. Check out my story that led me to a blood transfusion.
- Steroids — any form of hormone that you are injecting that you don’t need is dangerous, like TRT.

- Drinking alcohol –– misuse and overuse can lead to bad decisions.
- Unprotected sex — wrap the rascal to avoid STDs and pregnancy.
- Diet sodas — research has led me to realize diet sodas are like drinking poison.

- Not getting enough sleep — you need 7-8 hours of quality slumber nightly. I go over ways to make sure you get the best sleep possible.
- Adult movies — porn can potentially damage your ability to get it up, find people attractive, and warp your sense of reality.
