10 Foods Men Over 25 Should Never Eat

There are 10 foods that you should never eat if you’re over the age of 25. You may have been able to eat these when you were younger, but they will wreak havoc on your body as you age.
  1. Seed oils. Seed oils, otherwise known as vegetable oils, are terrible for the male body, causing inflammation and increased risk of cancer. You will look puffier and less healthy. They contain omega-6 fatty acids, which increase estrogen and decrease testosterone.
  2. White bread. It’s a refined carbohydrate found in white bread, bagels, and pastries. It raises insulin levels and causes fat gain. You can develop insulin resistance, which speeds up the dad bod process.
  3. Sugary drinks. Whether energy drinks, sodas, tea, or otherwise, these drinks can contain 40 to 60 g of sugar. They can also contain synthetic caffeine, which depletes your adrenal system and spikes cortisol levels, leading to weight gain.  As a side note, don’t drink out of plastic bottles, which can have BPA leach into your beverage and wreak havoc on your body, including low testosterone.
  4. Beer. This could also be called liquid estrogen because beer is made out of phytoestrogen, which increases estrogen, decreases testosterone, decreases sex drive, and increases belly fat.
  5. Fast food. Whether it’s burgers or nuggets, fast food isn’t good for you and will catch up with you. If you don’t have time to cook, choose Factor, which has meals for under 550 calories. Pick a meal plan and the number of nutritious meals you want delivered per week. Factor saves time and money.
  6. Artificial sweeteners. These could be aspartame, sucralose, or others, but they increase prostate cancer.
  7. Fried foods. These are not good for testosterone. They also age your skin and cells quickly. You can also end up with zits and acne along with clogged pores.
  8. Protein bars. These are basically candy bars with added protein. They have all sorts of fat and refined nonsense.
  9. Dairy. Dairy is not great for you, as it can increase the risk of prostate cancer due to the hormones and BPA. Testosterone levels decrease, and skin issues can also result. If you’re lactose intolerant, you could become bloaty and farty.
  10. Soy. It’s a phytoestrogen, and the more you consume, the higher your estrogen levels. This means lower testosterone and bigger man boobs.
