This chest superset is probably the toughest superset that Aaron Marino of alpha m. has presented. Your chest will be on FIRE! A spotter is recommended and don’t hesitate to ask someone in the gym for a spot. In between sets, stretching is encouraged. Alpha covers what you’re going to need which includes dumbbells and bench press.
Alpha demonstrates the superset (repeat 4 times, resting 45 seconds between each set):
- Bench Press: use a challenging weight that you can get 6 – 8 reps
- Rep Out until failure after stripping off some of the weight off (12 – 15 reps)
- Dumbbell Flies: elbows out nice and wide (12 reps)
- Incline Push-Ups with feet on bench (15 reps)
