Ryan says that H&M shirts are $5 – $10 and are ‘disposable’. He likes Express for more casual clothes (tee shirts and Henleys). You can get $400 of clothes for $100. He also shops at JC Penney, Zara, Uniqlo, and more. He likes Ministry of Supply (breathable material) shirts.
What Every Guy Needs by Ryan
If you want to build your wardrobe, Ryan says that every guy needs brown wing-tip boots, which he gets more compliments on that cognac wing-tip boots. He also says that double monk straps are essential. He also has a pair of double monk sneakers (Taft).
Warm Weather Style Tips
When living in warmer climates, a style tip is to separate yourself by wearing loafers (driving shoes). You can’t layer, but clothing fit is important. Wear polos instead of tee shirts and focus on your belt. One other point is to cuff your pants really high to have your footwear stand out.
Confidence with Women
When approaching women, Ryan says if you are already well dressed you are ahead of the game. Women look for guys like you who dress well so you are prepared — you don’t need a pick up line! You can just say ‘hello’ and get them a drink. It’s that easy if you’re well dressed.
