A small component of attraction is what you look like, which can initially attract somebody to you. But this won’t make them fall in love with you. It also will not make them chase, obsessed, or fantasize about you. The primal urge of attraction is the most powerful, and you can take steps to facilitate this feeling in other people. I will discuss how to make your crush obsess and fantasize about you psychologically.

- Stop validating her for free. You have to make her earn validation. Don’t simp and compliment women about their appearance or that they’re amazing. This free validation is not special or engaging. It’s not even memorable. I’ll dudes are doing it. Instead, make her earn her validation by acknowledging when she’s done something worthy or interesting. This could also be done when she sounds intelligent or makes a good point.
- Be Alpha vulnerable. Women will say they want a guy who’s vulnerable. But does she? Exposing the deepest and darkest secrets can get dark and a bit of a buzzkill. Alpha vulnerability is more playful, where experiences are shared in a more uplifting and fun way. You get addicted to that feeling. That’s what happens to her — so throw out statements like she’s not your type, or that this isn’t going to work out, or that you feel bad for her boyfriend, or you could even call her ugly in a playful manner.
- Appear more fun and exciting. People who talk about their adventures, where they’ve dined, about their vacations, or about what they’ve been doing with friends are automatically viewed as more fun and exciting. You want to hang out with them. Be that man who is more exciting and is going places and taking chances and risks. It’s powerful.
- Pull back with affection. You started to engage and text, and then you started to go out and talk on the phone. Eventually, you run into them out in public. Pull back for a day or two. When you’re talking and texting, they get used to it. After tension and sexual chemistry are built, if you pull back, they are going to want it again and obsess about you more.
