Aaron Marino of alpha m. is super excited about Billy Jealousy. They’ve been around since 2004 but they are getting more national buzz lately. Alpha m. summarizes the Billy Jealousy products that he is testing: hydroplane, shaved ice, hot towel, and day cream.
He takes the Billy Jealousy shaving products for a ride in this product review. He starts with Hot Towel (pre-shave) which was warm with a pleasant odor.
Then he applies the Hydroplane which is like *butter* and is translucent. As you shave, add water which makes it *really slippery*. He even tests going against the grain, and it’s like nothing he’s ever used. If you suffer from ingrown hairs, rash, or razor burn, it’s seriously like a lubricant and pretty awesome.
Shaved Ice (balm) is next which helps close the pores, tighten the skin, and moisturize (without alcohol). Then he applies the Day Cream which is the #1 thing you can do with skincare, especially one with an SPF.
Alpha is impressed that Billy Jealousy doesn’t kill it with fragrance. These products won’t clash with other products or colognes since they are almost undetectable. All four products get Alpha’s seal of approval!
