10 Things You Should NEVER Do to Your Testicles

Some men damage their testicles by making mistakes. I would like to talk about this today because some mistakes are extremely common and happen daily.

Don’t kill the Twins by doing any of these

  1. Being overweight. Whether you’re fat, chubby, or big-boned, if you are overweight, your balls are not as healthy as they could be because being overweight causes testosterone to drop.
  2. Drinking alcohol. If you’re consuming two drinks or more alcohol per day, your testosterone level is approximately 7 to 20% lower than other men. And if you’re consuming beer, the phytoestrogens can cause testosterone to drop as well.
  3. Taking steroids. Trt is a synthetic hormone that causes your testicles to become smaller because they don’t have to work as hard. They will atrophy. What the hell are you talking
  4. Exposure to technology. You should not put your laptop on your lap. This can destroy sperm because your testicles cannot regulate the temperature. In other words, don’t sit with a hot thing in your lap with your legs closed.
  5. Wearing tight underwear. Constricting underwear is not good for fertility. However, boxers are unsexy and unflattering. They do not provide support either. Sheath is a great option that has pouches for your balls and a hole for your weiner. Your unit can stay cooler and not get stinky and musky. You also look gigantic.
  6. Smoking. Whatever you’re smoking, you’re killing your balls. Smoking is a vasodilator, which means your weiner will get smaller. Being a stoner will also destroy your sperm. It also increases your man boobs.
  7. Exposure to endocrine-disrupting chemicals. EDCs are used in many body and grooming products. They are also in plastics, such as BPA. BPA leeches into beverages and can disrupt the endocrine system, lowering testosterone levels.
  8. Consuming processed foods. Lunch meats are horrible. The sulfites in deli meats and other meats are packed full of chemicals and hormones that are really bad for you. Opt for organic. The quality of foods we consume directly impacts a man’s overall well-being, including the health of his testicles.
  9. Being stressed. Stress causes cortisol levels to rise, which lowers testosterone. Meditate, find your daily Zen, and reduce stress.
  10. Not touching the Twins. You should feel them in the shower to make sure you don’t have any lumps or irregularities. Also make sure you don’t have any pain when examining. An optimal time is when you’re in the shower when everything is saggy and droopy. But make sure you’re doing it regularly so you can seek help if there is an issue.
