Every guy should have basic fundamental skills such as changing a flat tire, driving a stick shift, changing a picture, grilling a steak, opening a bottle of beer, and more.
However, other skills are a bit more nuanced, and possessing them makes you more attractive.
- Dance! You don’t need to be Magic Mike or Fred Astaire, but you should have the ability and willingness to get on the dance floor to have a good time. Demonstrate that you’re fun to be with. Dancing isn’t about doing crazy moves. It’s just about letting your hair down and not taking yourself too seriously. Guys who are willing to have fun are the ones who get the girls. The others are sitting there like sticks in the mud.
- Social skills. Have the ability to carry on conversations and make small talk. Be able to engage and make others feel like they’re interesting. If so, you’ll automatically be viewed as more attractive.
- Cook. Have three signature dishes on lockdown for when she comes over, which don’t need to be complex or extravagant. Pop a bottle of wine, and then chop, dice, and boil.
- Please her. Pleasing a woman is not like what you see in the movies. Make it about her and read her body language. Communicate and speak slowly, and build tension and anticipation throughout the evening by using words effectively. Also, suggestively nibble on her ear, squeeze, touch, and slow it down. Be sure to visit downtown too.
- Smell good. Many men smell unpleasant or use excessive amounts of cologne. They don’t powder their balls. Pete & Pedro REBEL, ball powder, and natural deodorant take the guesswork out.
- Flirt. This is a skill a man can develop to be more attractive. Don’t be overt and obvious. Be subtle and subdued with playful banter, which will make you crazy attractive.
- Gentleman’s qualities. Have etiquette, which is amazingly attractive. Unfortunately, a lot of men have not been taught what they need to do to be a gentleman, such as opening the car door, opening a door when somebody’s walking through, getting up when she goes to the bathroom, pulling out her chair, or knowing where to walk when you’re walking down the street. These are little things that make a big difference. Have manners, such as saying ‘please’ and ‘thank you’.
- Proficient with money. You don’t have to have tons of it, but you need to be good with it. Have a budget, avoid overextending yourself on your credit cards, and manage your finances effectively. Delay gratification.
- Emotional intelligence. Have the ability to understand and empathize with others. Be in touch with who you are and your emotions. Communicate eloquently and don’t hold things in. Have the ability to open up and connect so that you can have a deeper relationship and connection.
- Bilingual. If you know more than one language, this is an attractive option.
- Leadership. If other people follow you or you can command, respect, or help set a direction for others, this is incredibly attractive.
- Confidence. If you possess this, it’s game over. You win! Being a confident man doesn’t mean that you’re great at everything, and it doesn’t mean you don’t have insecurities. But if you believe in yourself and know the value you bring to the world, you are a man among men. You are more attractive than an insecure dude with a chiseled six-pack.
